Volcan de Mi Tierra Cristalino Anejo Tequila
Volcan de mi Tierra (volcano of my land) pays homage to and is named after a real volcano that sits in the lowlands of Jalisco, Mexico. Volcán is built on an assemblage, selecting the very best agave from two regions (Lowlands and Highlands) to reach a complex and elegant liquid.
Cristalino is a blend of anejo and extra-anejo, aged in old world casks with the color extracted. Overall process to create the Cristalino takes approximately 45 days. The color is bright and crystalline with straw-like undertone. The Cristalino’s powerful personality shines thru with robust flavors of caramel, tobacco and dark chocolate, while finishing with a silky permanence in the mouth.
Best served neat or on the rocks.
