spirit is a twist on our classic Pierside Bourbon Whiskey. We added a touch of
honey to our trusted blend of corn, rye and barley to give Pierside Honey
Whiskey a slightly sweet character.
“We knew that we wanted to introduce honey to the recipe
without detracting from the flavor and smoothness of our already delicious
Pierside Bourbon. We experimented with different ingredient ratios until we
found the perfect blend,” says Surf City Still Works co-founder Josh Kornoff.
