Plantation Isle of Fiji Rum
From the pristine lagoons to the lush jungles, Plantation
Isle of Fiji is an ode to the beauty of the Fiji Islands. This delicious rum is
made using traditional techniques and local Fijian sugar cane. First aged in
this tropical climate in bourbon casks, the rum is then sailed to the southwest
of France for a second maturation in French oak casks. This double aging method
paired with Fijian know-how creates a rum with warm notes of exotic fruits and

in bourbon casks in Fiji, this rum is sailed to southwest France where it
undergoes a secondary maturation in French oak casks. Aromas of pear, apple,
banana, gooseberry, nutmeg, vanilla and a wisp of smoke fill the nose. The
palate offers notes of vanilla fudge, prunes, coconut, honey and ginger.
Sweet plantain, molasses, and creamy tropical fruits are
pungent and distinctive aromas. Dark brown sugar is clean and sweet in the
mouth, quickly enhanced by background notes of allspice, butter baked bananas,
and soursop. Clean and focused, the funky flavors are precise and delicious.
PLANTATION ISLE OF FIJI RUM has won Chairman’s Trophy –
the most prestigious USC award – in the Aged Rum (5+ year) category with a 98
