The tempting aromas lead with candied tree fruits (peaches, apples, plums), polished wood and vanilla. The palate demonstrates an excellent iteration of the aromas-- soft clean fruit at the front building sharply with elegant spices in creamy vanilla with a burst of wood tannin. The finish is warm and lingers showing cut wood, dry spice and clean vanilla.
