finished in Oloroso sherry casks, and there are only 4481 bottles produced.
Pike Creek 21 Year Oloroso Cask Finish continues Dr. Don
Livermore’s mastery of barrel finishes. This time the doctor has prescribed a
finishing in Spanish oloroso sherry casks after its initial 21 years of
maturation. 4,481 bottles were made for Canada and the United States. This 2019
Pike Creek expression falls under the Corby Craft Rare Range Series. Created by

tremendous accolade. From grain to glass, there is a dedicated and passionate
team behind our whiskies," says Dr. Livermore. "We all rely on each

With each limited-edition release, Dr. Livermore pours
mature Pike Creek whisky into a new exotic barrel. This year, it was Oloroso
sherry, imparting tones of red fruit and toasted cereal, and giving the whisky
a deep blush hue.
The spirit is distilled at Hiram Walker Distillery in
Windsor, Ontario, and aged in the nearby town of Pike Creek. The
distillery itself took home the Distillery of the Year award for the third year
in a row.
