Heering Cherry Liqueur, purveyor to the Royal Danish Court and to H.M. Queen Elizabeth II, has been produced since 1818. It is sold in more than 100 countries. Heering Cherry Liqueur is an ingredient in many cocktails such as the Singapore Sling, and Blood & Sand. Cherry Heering is used in baking which evaporates some of the alcohol.
