Goldschlager is a Swiss cinnamon schnapps, a liqueur with very thin, yet visible flakes of gold floating in it. The actual amount of gold has been measured at approximately 13 mg in a 750 ML bottle of Goldschlager. Clear with gold leaf flakes. Spicy, cinnamon aromas with alcohol vapors. The palate has a sweet, syrupy quality with very marked hot spicy flavors that linger. Has a hot bite to the finish.
