The Crossing Sauvignon Blanc is a very crisp white wine. Its not overly sweet but still have powerful aromas of passion fruit on the nose, and has a complex blend of melon and stone fruit flavors. Unlike other Sauvignon Blanc at this price range, no bitter aftertaste makes an appearance. The flavor shines through from first sip to the last.
The New Zealand Sauvignon Blancs definitely have a more citrusy tone and flavor profile than California Sauvignon Blancs. And thats a good thing if you like a more robust white wine.
